Personal Energy Balancing
A process to test and rebalance 7 of your body’s major energy-flows to help you to find clarity and to be able to move forwards in life with more ease. A really useful and beneficial process to help you to realign your energy flows so they are running more smoothly and in the right direction. A session takes approximately 90 minutes and depending on the level of imbalance can take one or 2 sessions. Cost = £150 per session plus travel when required. This is a very powerful and non-intrusive process and is easily aligned with many staff wellbeing services/interventions. It is possible to convert this service to a 1 hour workshop for teams to give them some basic awareness and tools to help them better deal with stress in the workplace.
