Swedish death cleaning is a holistic process that ultimately is about reorganizing and simplifying your life. It is an holistic process that supersedes clutter clearing due to it being concerned about the emotional connection and impact that we have with our possessions. Many people in Sweden have adopted this process as they age, in order to clear their own stuff and get things in order rather than leave it for their descendants to do when they are no longer here.

This is a fully bespoke service that can be carried out an any point in life but especially if you are:

Chris has adapted and expanded on this process due to his experiences and abilities and has even carried out whole house refurbishments, sorting out paperwork (personal and business), emails, mobile records, bank accounts, bequests. He has worked through lists of handyman type jobs such as fixing sticking doors, repairing things around the house, building cupboards, etc, in order to complete the transformation process for a client

Chris understands the energetic connections that we have with everything around us in our homes (including the endless ‘to-do’ lists) and is able to gently guide and support people through these processes and shifts.

Lifting the Burden (akin to Swedish Death Cleaning) – For anyone who has lost a partner, is feeling very stuck in their lives, is maybe wanting to sort things out before down-sizing or just doesn’t want to leave their stuff for someone else to have to sort out when they are no longer here.

So much of our ‘stuff’ holds an energetic imprint with an emotional impact, which makes it so hard to deal with without the right type of help and support.

Clearing at this level can seem like such a massive and daunting task, however you can be fully supported in the process. I am able to help you both physically and emotionally to clear rooms, lofts, sheds, garages, gardens, paperwork, etc.

The initial face to face consultation costs £150 and would take approximately 2 hours plus travel costs (where applicable). I would spend time understanding the scale of the job and your personal requirements before going away and producing a tailored quote. This is a fully bespoke and personalised service and will depend entirely on your individual needs and requirements.

Should you decide to proceed the service can be carried out in distinct phases or all in one go depending on what would work best for you. This is an incredibly empowering and powerful process to experience and is not to be taken lightly. You are almost guaranteed to feel lighter and freer afterwards and ready to face the next phase of your life in a clearer and more empowered way.
