Workshops

Workshops are generally held in Hampton, Middlesex, TW12 but with the right levels of demand/ number of attendees can be organised in other locations. I also provide bespoke workshops for businesses to help with staff wellbeing, stress management and building resilience.

A 1-day experiential workshop that aims to give people the tools and the knowledge to be able to carry out a basic home healing process in their own homes or workplaces. It will cover methods, detailed instructions, the equipment and supplies needed and plenty of opportunities for hands-on experimentation to test things out.

1 day workshop ideal for the general public and more especially for anyone who works with people for a living, e.g., therapists, beauticians, counsellors, massage therapists, etc. As well as focusing on our homes we will also cover dedicated workspaces or operate from a business premises it is really useful to know and understand what can impact you and how to negate it. You will learning about the energy types that can impact us and also how to remove or negate them wherever possible.

This could be a 2 day weekend workshop to introduce people to basic kinesiology and specifically to be able to work with 7 energy meridians called Strangeflows or Joy Generators. This is a simple to learn and incredibly powerful system that completely transformed my own work almost 30 yeas ago. You will learning to identify, test and strengthen these flows in order to help people to clear energetic blockages, to increase positivity and their ability to get things done.

Reiki Level 1 – a 1-day workshop to introduce people to the power and versatility of Reiki. You will receive lots of information on Reiki, an attunement to enable you to channel Reiki yourselves and to be able to start to sense energies in people’s bodies and to explore what you are picking up. There will also be plenty of opportunity to try it out in a safe and supportive environment. A certificate will be issued at the end of the day.

Reiki Level 2 – a 1-day workshop for those who are wanting to take their Reiki practice to the next level. Level 2 involves another attunement and the introduction of 3 of the Reiki symbols that can be used to fine tune Reiki on Physical, mental and emotional levels and to be able to send distant healing. For those who want to go on to earn their Level 2 certificate there is a supported process whereby you would give and receive a number of hands-on healings and also send distant healing. These would then be documented with what happened and would include comments from those who received the healings. I found over the years that giving a Level 2 certificate for attending the attunement day did not adequately equip people with the confidence to actually put into practice what they had learned. It is okay for some people who just want the attunement for personal reasons and for their own benefit, but not for those who are wanting to take it further and offer it as a service or maybe to incorporate it into other services that they offer. Both options are available.

Reiki Master training is a tailored service depending on what the student is looking for. Reiki Master has 2 distinct branches, Healer and Teacher and both would start with a Reiki Master attunement day where 2 more symbols would be introduced along with opportunities to learn about them and their usage.
